WSO's Featured Product of the Month for April is RazoRestore

     RazoRestore is a product designed to clean, disinfect, sanitize and protect your razor all in one process. Whether it is transforming that cruddy antique store find into a gleaming gem, or cleaning and maintaining your razor collection, nothing is better suited than RazoRestore.
      Like all our products the ingredients and their sources are of the utmost importance. Natural citrus solvent, ultra refined skin-friendly oil, refined and clarified naturally occurring waxes, USP grade minerals and salts, all natural anionic surfactants, and non-toxic alcohol disinfectant make up the majority of the ingredient list. The ingredients are specifically designed to soften the water to increase the cleaning potential of the all-natural anionic surfactants. PH is also optimized and stabilized to maximize cleaning and disinfecting capabilities. The ultra-low toxicity alcohol works as a solvent and disinfectant and also a carrier for the clarified waxes. Additionally the alcohol displaces the water on the razor’s surface and evaporates rapidly, leaving a protective coating of the all-natural clarified waxes on your razor to protect and preserve its newly acquired, radiant shine.
      The bottom line is this; once the Wet Shaving Obsession hit and I began doing razor restorations I tried all the common suggestions. The scrubbing bubbles, the aluminum foil and baking soda, the dish detergent and so on and so on.  I’m sure you all know what I mean. Some even work fairly well. However, with a strong background in chemistry, I knew I could develop something that would not only work better but would be gentler on our razors and ultimately our faces. I also knew I could do so using predominantly natural, non-toxic ingredients and I knew I could make it do more. I could take the whole process to a new level, the next level, a level never previously achieved in a single product or even combination of products.
     After much experimentation, I finally came up with a perfect formula I could confidently say worked better than any of the other methods I had tried. Additionally it offered the added benefit of protecting the razor post cleaning transformation. That formula is RazoRestore. Simply shake well then mix 1 Tablespoon of RazoRestore with 8-10 oz of hot water. Soak the razor for several minutes, scrub with an ultra-soft bristle tooth brush, re-wash with RazoRestore and rinse well with water. Then dry and polish in one step with a soft (preferably microfiber) cloth. The results will speak for themselves. RazoRestore also performs amazingly in an ultra-sonic cleaner using just half the amount above. Just one Tablespoon per 16-20 oz of water in an ultra-sonic cleaner and 5-8 minutes of run time yields stunning results.
      A single Tablespoon of RazoRestore in 8-10oz of hot water will clean, sanitize and protect several mistreated, dirty, “flea market find,” cruddy razors. For most of us (except the truly obsessed), one Tablespoon in 8-10oz of hot water would do our entire Razor collection or Razor rotation!
